MASHMELON DELIGHT

This dish will be present in summer on all days in our home. Simple preparation but ends up with great taste.
INGREDIENTS:
Mashmelon    1 no(full fruit)
Sugar            4-5 tbsp
METHOD:
Cut the mash melon into bitesize pieces.
Mix in the sugar.
Mash roughly with a spoon. Chill in the fridge for 2 hrs.
Serve cold.
After some time the mashmelon will release water, which mixes with the sugar and gives a heavenly taste.
For good taste select the mashmelon with light cream colour which has rough skin.
