CARROT SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
Carrots    4-5 nos
Garlic      5-6 pods
Pepper     1 tsp
Oil            1 tsp
Onion       1 No
Salt          to taste
Celery     few (opt)
METHOD:
Chop the carrots and onions.
Heat oil in kadai and saute onions, garlic and pepper till the onions are soft.
Now add the chopped carrots and cook for few mins.
Add enough water and salt. Cover and cook.
When cooked, cool the mixture and grind to fine paste.
Add little water to the paste and allow to cook for 3-4 mins.
Garnish with celery or coriander leaves and serve hot.
