INGREDIENTS:
Macroni 2 cups
Onion 1 no
Tomato 1 no
Green chilly 1 no
Chicken masala powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
coconut 2 tbsp grated (opt)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
METHOD:
Cook macroni with enough water. Drain and keep aside.
Chop the onion, tomato and slit the green chilly.
Heat oil in kadai and add mustard and urad dal. Add onions, curry leaves,tomatoes and green chilly.
Saute till the tomatoes and mashed well.
Add chicken masala powder and add very little water. Add turmeric powder and salt.Cook till raw smell goes.
Here I have used Aachi Chicken Masala powder.
Add the cooked macroni and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
Serve hot.
