Ingredients :
Urad dal   1/2 cup
Channa dal   1/2 cup
Red chillies    20 nos
Tamarind       small gooseberry size
Sesame seeds    2 tsp
Dhania               2 tsp
Oil                     1 tbsp
Salt                   to taste
Method :
Heat oil in kadai and fry urad dal, channa dal, dhania and sesame seeds one  by one.
Fry both the dals in golden colour.Dry fry chillies.Fry tamarind in the pan heat itself. cool all the items and grind coarsely.Serve with gingelly oil or ghee as a combination for idlis and dosas.
